Best Graphics Tablet for drawing under £100?

Im looking for a graphics tablet that will help my game development course, and my for own entertainment for my deviantart, but since being a student im looking for the cheapest but best one. Also is it better to go for a A4 one or a smaller one?
Yeah i was thinking of getting the "WACOM Bamboo Pen & Touch Graphics Tablet" for £70.

Wacom makes the best tablets, no question.
The Wacom Bamboo Fun tablets are inexpensive, and good for beginners. They come with Photoshop Elements. I purchased one a while ago, and I haven't regretted it.
